The task was to design a one weeklong multiple employee experience incentive for our Scandinavian customer. It was necessary to harmonize a sustainable arrival and departure, experiences, action, team spirit and the maintenance of the business operations of the IT software company as well as flexible working of the employees on site.Since the incentive represents a special, annual appreciation in the corporate culture of the company and always takes place in a different place in the world, it was another challenge to create unique experiences with rarity value for the employees. Dresden and the surrounding area were the perfect choice for this!Live and work in a stylish boutique hotel right in the center at the Dresden Frauenkirche. The baroque art and culture of Dresden was discovered. A multi-day adventure tour to “Saxon-Switzerland” by bike, mountaineering and river rafting challenged everyone in terms of sport. And finally, unique pleasure experiences in singular places made the event a very special, unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Conclusion of the employees: "It was the best trip so far!"
