A works meeting tends to be a formal event structured according to a fixed agenda. But our client has shown that there is another way. This year, the company’s employees were invited to the unusual OFF location “Die Kuppel”. The perfect stage and backdrop for casual meetings in a festival format. The circus ring became the stage and the participants experienced exciting keynote speeches and entertaining interactions from their seats in the stands. The high number of participants and positive feedback from employees showed that the choice of location and dramaturgy are just as important as the content.
