HanseWerk Event: Energy that connects – on stage and in the team
1,100 employees. 12 teams. One vision.
We recently had the pleasure of organizing both the staff assembly and the following celebration for the HanseWerk Group – with a clear goal in mind: to make energy and connection tangible.
After inspiring speeches and lively exchange, a unique moment followed:
Within just 45 minutes, the participants built a massive rollercoaster in 12 teams – a truly special teambuilding experience. Symbolically, all brands of the HanseWerk Group crossed the finish line together: HanseWerk, HanseWerk Natur, HanseGas, Schleswig-Holstein Netz, and ElbEnergie.
The evening was all about music, community, and celebration. The event motto “Energy that connects us” quickly transformed into “Music that connects us” – thanks to a powerful live performance by DieseTypen.
