At the Cruise Center Hamburg – Steinwerder, we had the pleasure of delivering a very special employee event for a major Northern German port and infrastructure organization:
a sustainable, down-to-earth anniversary celebration marking 20 years, welcoming 1,300 employees and guests.
The focus was not on speeches or numbers, but on togetherness, joy, and team spirit:
– a collaboratively designed “port pathway” made up of more than 1,000 puzzle pieces
– the largest XXXL foosball table and interactive activities encouraging playful competition
– a unique photo disco ball capturing the team moments of the evening
– live music by Northern Germany’s No. 1 band, Max and Friends
– and honest, delicious catering with a warm, authentic Northern German character
An evening that stood as a symbol of gratitude, appreciation, and connection – with the people and with Hamburg’s “Gateway to the World”.
